An 85m long seawater swimming pool with water slides and diving boards will surely satisfy the more adventerous of you . If you are looking for relaxation you can either try a hydro massage, waterfall jets or underwater benches for air bubble massage.
Everything is sourrounded by three bars, one of them with underwater seats, that can be reached directly through the swimming pool and allows you to enjoy a refreshing drink, without going out the water.

The Sea Spa of Grado offers many opportunities : in addition to the medical treatments, there is also the chance to spend a relaxing day in the swimming pool and try the finnish sauna, the jacuzzi, and the turkish bath.
There are two pools, one is for swimming: on one side is shallow, the other one instead is deeper and the temperature of the water is 31°C, the second pool is a bit smaller and it is equipped with hydromassage with the temperature of the water of 32°C.
There is also the Wellness Center, where you can choose between treatments such as deep facial cleaning, massages, exfoliation, manicures, pedicures and more ...

450m away from the Hotel there is one of the two free beaches of Grado, where you can bring your deckchairs and umbrellas.
Grado is THE paradise for the kite surf lovers! If you would like to try this fantastic sport , you will find a lot of opportunities to do so under the guidance of kite surf instructors .
The Hotel Villa ai Fiori is just 300 mt away from the Spot of kitesurf.
Another free beach is "Costa Azzurra " in the center of Grado, a bit far from the Hotel but it can be easily reached by car or bike.
10 minutes by car from the hotel is "Valle Cavanata" a Natural Reserve.
To get there you have to take the road to Monfalcone, turn right at " Restaurant da Renata" and at the end of the road you will find the visitor center of Valle Cavanata .
Here you can rent bikes on voluntary donations, with which you can have fun exploring the bike lanesalong the coast.
There are four routes available: three are with the bike and one is by walk, and can be quickly made near the visitors centre.
Leaving the Visitor Centre, left after a few meters away you will find the observatory with a telescope with which you can watch birds and animals.
If you turn immediately right after the wooden bridge and go along the canal you will get onto a bike lane along the sea. This lane leads to Punta Sdobba, a little village of fishers. If you continue to ride your bike you will pass the Natural Reserve " Foce dell´ Isonzo and finally arrive at Monfalcone.
The Barbana sanctuary is one of the most interesting monuments in Grado.
Home to a community of Franciscan Friars, the sanctuary, according to the tradition, dates back to 582 a.D. when a violent storm threatened the city of Grado. At the end of the storm an image of Our Lady, transported by water, was found on the Island.
Here, the Patriarch of Grado Elijah, erected a shrine to the Virgin Mary thanking her for having saved the city.
Soon the place became home to a community of monks and a destination for frequent pilgrimages.
In 1237 Barbana has also become the destination of the "Perdon de Barbana" a procession which takes place every first Sunday in July: The community of Grado goes on boats decorated with flags and flowers to Barbana Island to renew the vow made to Madonna who saved the city from the plague epidemic.
To visit the Sanctuary there is a regular ferry service that in twenty minutes links Grado (departures from Schiusa Canal) to the Island of Barbana.
Following a bike lane about 12 km long on the sea, you can reach Aquileia, a city considered from the Unesco, Humanity Heritage Site for its archaeological remains of inestimable value.
Aquileia was colonized by the Romans in 181. b.C then became key city to defend the eastern border and boost trade between the eastern Mediterranean and the transalpine countries.
The most important monument is the "Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta", where inside you can see the early Christian mosaics dating from the fourth century.
The National Archaeological Museum of Villa Cassis is one of the most important archaeological museums of northern Italy and here you can see finds from Aquileia or from the environs.
For the golf lovers, ten minutes by car from the Hotel there is the Golf Club of Grado: once you reach the main road, you have to continue towards Monfalcone and after a few minutes you will find the Club on your left.
Sourrounded by the Grado lagoon, the field has 18 holes and a practice area, where you can exercise on the long and short game.
Inside the Golf Club there is the restaurant "Al Casone" where you will have the chance to try the best wines and local dishes.
In Grado there is the project "Tursub" Underwater Tourism, which allows you to explore the depths of the coast of Grado.
You will find Roman remains and relics of World War II, as well as the typical flora and fauna of this area.

Route of San Gottardo and Sant Agata stones :
in this route there are Roman remains and small expeanse of ocean Posedonia, which is the testimony of the ancient vegetation that was spread from Slovenia to Chioggia.
Route of the Marine Protected Area :
the marine protected area of Primero corresponds to the underwater pipeline of Grado. On this tour it is possible to observe the migratory species that have colonized the depths.
Route of St. Peter Grebeno :
This route is 4.5 km from the coast of Grado, between 15 and 22 meters deep. The Grebeni, in the local dialect, are made up of slabs and boulders of compact sands. With a radius of 15-20 meters to ´inside of them you can find white bream, cod, conger eels and cuttlefish.
Route of the plane B24 :
This dive takes place in open sea approximately 14.4 kilometers from the coast, at a depth between 13 and 15 meters. Objective of excursion is the plane B24, which dates back to World War II. According to some witnesses the plane crashed 30 January 1944, some of his remains were recovered and shown as a historical keepsake.
At less than 5 Minutes by walk from the Hotel Villa ai Fiori you can find the Tennis Club of Grado.
It is open for everybody and there you can rent a camp or take private lessons.

At 5 Mnutes by walk from the Hotel you can find the Minigolf of Grado,an oasis of fun for adults and children.
The Minigolf is made of 18 holes, all sorrounded by ponds, waterfalls, and flower beds.
Open from April to September, the Minigolf is open everyday from 10.00 until 18.00 in the low season, until 22.00 o clock in the high season.
The entry costs 6,50 Euro for adults and 3,50 Euro for children.
